Since Miki made a Guide Index, and this was a question I asked that Ferocious resolved for me, I made this into more of a guide.

When you're in game, press the 0 button. Not the 0 on the number pad to your right, but the number keys under your F-keys

and then look in Capture folder in your gpotato folder
