If your inventory is full, empty it a bit then re-log. You should have the prize in your inventory. Remember that these prizes from voting are put straight into your inventory so you can't have it full if you're going to vote.

If you have a full inventory and you voted, but your item doesn't show up when you log-in. Make a few spaces in your inventory, then re-log and then it'll show up.
