when the server up we need to register again or not?

Yeah i think we must register again because he wiped the server but i am not sure.

Not characters. Accounts.

Guess what? Characters are ON the accounts. So when you wipe the accounts you are, by default, wiping characters too.

Don't believe me? Check out the ranking page on the site.

You probably could play with the characters, if only the accounts are wiped.
Cause in the Character database, the characters are linked to an account, so if you'd create exactly this account again, you could play with your old chars.
But look at the ranking: There's no1 anymore.

As what the notice says..accounts are wiped. Characters are linked to Accounts.. if an account gets wiped so is what it contains.
