i teleport to core island and the game out i try to login back and its stuck again what to do?

I had same problem I was in a blue map just relog often like 5times.

Coral Island was released in V13. It's the other place where you can upgrade your equipment; besides Saint Morning. It's where Kingsters, Kraken, Crepers, Nagas, Atrox, Okeans, Tigars, Dorians and Merals are.

On Topic: You probably should download Ferocious's Client. It rarely lags, or so I am told. Using it, I can now go between Coral Island and Flaris without my client crashing.

If it still doesn't work, ask Ferocious or 2bartz to teleport you to Darkon, or somewhere like that. If it still doesn't work, then something is wrong with your computer.
