I CAN NOT LOG IN!

when i log in the game i take the channel and then i celect a charakter.
Then it stuck for 10 sec. anc the char is just moving and it says Conencting to the Game.
But im not in the game!

pls try to help me!

that also happens to me..
whenever the server is online and there are
only a few people online, about 20-40
sometimes more but never exceeds 60
sometimes i can't even get through select server..

i wonder why that is,
hmm....
