Dekane Mines doesnt work?

Well as the title says when i try to use the handle to enter the mines nothing happens.
i finished the first part of quest and i got the ticket but i cant enter
is it only for me and if it is, is there a way to fix this?

I don't think you need the ticket for it anymore, I thought they changed it after v11 or was it before v11? o_o
Well, there's really no use of entering that mine since there's the tower now. o_o
