Not CE User just slow net speed and he might have 60%+ Speed.

He's teleporting so I think he's using C.E.

i had thought it was confirmed that ce was only viewable by the person using it or another player using it???

That's people's problem... Everyone mistakes CE with speed...
This one is obviously CE...

Why'd you use it? Why not use it some other stupid server out there? Why here? you know you'll get banned/caught somehow. Too late for appologies. The important thing is you got caught and you WILL be IP banned. So long

Why'd you use it? Why not use it some other stupid server out there? Why here? you know you'll get banned/caught somehow. Too late for appologies. The important thing is you got caught and you WILL be IP banned. So long
