Help pl0x!

Hello, i rly dunno how to contact a gm but ill try this...
I got this huuuuuge problem, like 2 days ago when the server was down i tried to logg but it didnt work ofc, so the next day when the server was up i tried to logg in and i didnt have my char i had a female char named Drop and now theres a lvl 1 male char named Droper??? What should i do? Pls help me

There was probably a small rollback. It might have deleted your chars. Thats all that is to it.

Uhm it will be kinda hard to get the awakes and stuff i had ~~
I hope that any GM can help me or so cus it took me ages to get the awakes i had... QQ

Oh Sorry GM's cant any lost items. It wasn't your fault since you didn't know that the Server was down when you were awakening. It happens sometimes. the log in server is down but the server isn't. Any progress from that point wont be saved. People doesn't get DC'd when this happens.

You don't seem to be reading his questions. o: He's lost his character and now has new characters on it that he didn't make.

All I can think of is that someone else got a hold of your log in information, or your account has been switched around with another users characters in the DB.

Either way it's irreversible. :/

Yes i did miss that question but he also asked if there is any way to get his awakens back. I just prefered to answer that question istead of the first one :>

And it cant be that i got a roll back cus i dont even have the char...
I hope that the GM's will help me on this one cus its not my fault. (i think)

Rollback is for the whole server..

did u get rollback yesterday?
And why cant they restore when its not my fault..?

i know but its rly strange can u rly get a roll back like that? lose your char and then have another one even another gender and lvl 1...?

You can loose a char but i dont think you can get another char lvl1 unless you deleted it and then the server went down.

This is rly strange cus i never deleted it o.o

and even if there was a roll back then the sex dont change and the name not too ....
