Forgot my pin :/

I used the search thing and cant see any results on how to fix this so ill try this:

I forgot my pin number for my char (i used the same one on the 2 of them so it would be harder to forget, but i didnt log in in a while and forgot it i know my chars havent been deleted or anythin cuz i can see them in the selection when i log in (i can remember the password )
