Yes, the weapons will be Ultimate +10.

For Blades, it can be 2 Stat Weapons + 1 Stat Set + Awakes. Total will still be $30 USD.
This goes for other classes too. (Billposter, Psykeeper, Knight, Ringmaster)

One Awake on Each Part ONLY! You cannot get all 3 awakes on the same item.
Same thing applies for pet awakes.
