i can't download the new launcher. it says "The program can't start because DSETUP.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

i also tried downloading this one: https://giologs.forumotion.com/downloads-f9/full-non-bugg-client-download-here-t248.html but nothing happens. it won't download. megaupload don't work in our computer Neutral

what should i do now? Sad
