There's 414 people online at the moment, I'm pretty sure its up.
Maybe its just the lag that's preventing you from logging in game.

well i got a phv15flyff client then DL the patcher..i removed the world then i run the patcher..

Then it's probably the lag that's keeping you from going in game.
It might also be because of your internet connection as well.
