Speed Enchanted Cards.. Nullified???

can someone tell about this? i have 5 weapons with 10/10 wind A cards but my movement speed is constant? did the effect of these cards have been removed?

it was announced by the GM in game..

LOL click anywhere in the forums and first wats appear is EFFECT OF SPEED cards posted by GM... man firstly associate a bit with forums then think about to post this kind of annoying topics...

yeap SPEED CARDS EFFECT ive taken off them off the server permanently since its an abuse ive disabled them for a meantime.. comments feel free to reply..
