I think it was like a message.

he said that some CE user got IP banned in Giolog but he wasnt actually using his own PC. He was using an Internet Cafe's PC and the whole Internet cafe got banned. Apparently more than 1 guy plays there and now he wants bartz to remove the a IP ban so they can play.
