Error Number: 2 giof.exe run error

Well I've tried turning my fire wall off to open the patcher, I've tried making the patcher an exception, still I get this. D: Uusally I'm quick to these kind of things to find a solution but this one has left me baffled. :/

I can't fins Artemis!E14E5941F3C7 either. So that's no help. >:
