I've a few suggestions,
-look in the "Guides" forum thread located on the main page I recall a page on how to fix this.
-PM Ferocious to seek out 1v1 assistance ( or bartz but he's never on )
-Re-download the game ( Make sure you download the CLIENT + May26 Patcher)
-Visit the website and see if there is a technical support section ( Im not sure if there is but try)
-Also try the our xat page
