is there a chance that the safe upgrader can be bugged? because i've been trying to upgrade my swod from +9-+10 for the last 3hours..

this private server has the same success rate as the eflyff, yeah, luckiness is one thing you need to make +9-+10.

even though its a pricate server.

that's the thrill of this game .
all weapon stuff can be bought . the thrill is to have an awake an good stats and a +10 weapon

Other then that, Ultimate Upgrading Rate is the same as eFlyFF's. It hasn't been changed because everything else is already so easy to obtain, so Bart kept it normal so we'd actually have something to do in game.

to suikoden . The gm only change the success rate of upgrading ARMOR AND SHIELD not weapons
